Florida runs rodeos nearly year-round thanks to climate. The Silver Spurs Rodeo in Kissimmee (going since 1944) and the Arcadia All-Florida Championship Rodeo are the state's marquee events, and the Florida Cowboys Rodeo Association sanctions a deep regional calendar from the panhandle to south Florida.
