About
The U.S. rodeo directory
RodeoList is an independent directory of rodeo events across the United States: pro, regional, jackpot, association, and youth. Dates, venues, producers, disciplines, entry information, all in one place. Built for fans and contestants who want to know what's running this weekend without stitching together a Facebook scroll.
What you'll find here
- Upcoming events you can filter by state, discipline, date window, or distance from a ZIP.
- A keyword search across event titles, venues, and producers.
- Add-to-calendar (.ics) and one-tap share on every event page.
- Producer, venue, and association pages that thread related events together.
How events get on the site
Three paths, all hand-curated:
- Community submissions. Producers, contestants, or anyone else can submit an event in about a minute. Submissions land in a review queue and are usually published within 48 hours.
- Poster upload + AI extraction. Drop a poster image and we use AI vision to read the dates, disciplines, venue, producer, and contact info off it, even for posters that list a multi-week series of dates. Final detail is reviewed by a human before publishing.
- Association schedule imports. We periodically import the published monthly schedules from associations like the WPRA directly, so the major series are covered without anyone having to type them in.
Who runs it
RodeoList is a veteran-owned small business, independently built and operated by a service-disabled U.S. military veteran. We're not affiliated with the PRCA, WPRA, IPRA, UPRA, BBR, NBHA, USTRC, NLBRA, or any other sanctioning body. Association names and event details are used to identify and organize listings, not to imply endorsement.
Everything is best-effort. Posters miss things, schedules change, events get cancelled. If you see something off, use the Report issue button on any event page. It goes straight to us.
For producers
Listing on RodeoList is free, and it will stay free. We don't take a cut of entry fees, and we don't sell contestant data — not now, not later.
Your event's placement in our directory is never influenced by money. We may show sponsored content from western brands alongside our editorial — clearly labeled — but a sponsor never changes which events appear, when they appear, or how they're ranked. If you see something on RodeoList, it's there because it's real.
If your series isn't showing up the way you'd like, get in touch. Corrections take five minutes.
Producer self-serve accounts (claim your profile, edit your events, manage entries) are on the roadmap. For now, email us. Curious how we keep the lights on? See how we make money.
