 at half (6). The "walk-up replacement" policy will be in effect. GB approv
 ed for first slack event. Committee requests: Only actual contestant and o
 ne companion allowed gate access. Companion must have current pass. All co
 ntestants with horses must have proof of current Coggins test and health p
 apers. Pen Building can be utilized in designated pasture to the north of 
 rodeo parking. No loose or free running dogs are tolerated in the public p
 ark area by city ordinance. All animals must be on a leash. Arena is close
 d for performance preparation after 3:30 each afternoon. Fireworks display
  at City Lake Park to close the show each evening.
