 rformances immediately after the WPRA runs with a maximum of 8 novice cont
 estants per performance. All contestants are required to wear the correct 
 back numbers while in the arena. Participation in Grand entry is not a gro
 und rule but fans love it and without them we can't continue to put on rod
 eos for you to compete at. Contestants competing in slack are not allowed 
 to enter the rodeo grounds until after midnight on July 12th due to signif
 icant parking constraints. Hamel is not on most maps\, it is located appro
 ximately 15 miles west of Minneapolis on Hwy 55.
