 3rd Annual SWOSU NIRA Rodeo
\nGround Rules
\n* No horses allowed in the sp
 ectator areas.  This includes spectator parking\, concessions area and ble
 acher areas.
\n* No horses allowed in the arena before or after any perfor
 mance or slack.
\n* Do not tie horses or pens up to any chain link fence a
 round the Rodeo Grounds.
\n* Barrel racers and Goat tiers must enter and e
 xit on the run from the alley at the south end of the arena.
\n* Any viola
 tion of the above will result in a $25 fine.
\n* Barrel Racing – Hand rake
  after 6\, tractor drag after 12.  Short Round will be drug with tractor a
 fter every 6 runs.
\n* Contestants must show NIRA card or vest to enter th
 e Rodeo Grounds.
\n* A coin toss will settle any ties for awards.
\n

\nParking:
\n* Trailer parking: 
\n   * WEST of the arena 
 in RV Hookup area\, south of the blacktop drive.
\n   * EAST side of the a
 rena in the pasture. 
\n   * Signs will indicate these areas.  We apprecia
 te your cooperation.
\n* 18 RV plugs are located on West side of the Rodeo
  Grounds. They are free to use.
\n* The RV plugs on the East side of the a
 rena are for the hired personnel only.  No contestant trailers are allowed
  in this area.
\n* Contestants and Coaches may not park in the stock produ
 cer’s area (South side of arena).
\n* Absolutely no trailer parking or hor
 ses in the spectator parking. 
\n* Owners of unauthorized vehicles violati
 ng the above will be fined $100.
